At Fitness Supervisor, we re looking for a confident, energetic Multi-Site Sales Advisor to represent our brand across several of our key stores primarily Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton as well as pop-up shops and trade shows. You ll be the face of our business, helping customers choose the right fitness equipment to transform their goals into reality. This is a role for someone who loves variety, enjoys travelling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. And with a base salary of £28,000 plus an uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one, you could be earning around £500 extra per month. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a first-class in-store experience for every customer Selling premium fitness equipment face-to-face, over the phone, and via Live Chat Understanding customer needs and recommending the right products Demonstrating equipment and explaining features clearly and confidently Working 40 hours per week across 5 days (rota and store locations provided monthly) Supporting stores across England when required, including some weekends and Bank Holidays Travelling regularly as part of your role What we re looking for You ll be a great fit if you bring: A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction Previous sales experience (ideal but not essential) Strong upselling and cross-selling skills Motivation to hit and exceed monthly targets A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service Good numeracy and communication skills Comfortable with regular travel across England Why Fitness Superstore? This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven product leader who can turn insight into standout products. The Role You ll own the end-to-end product development lifecycle , managing existing OEM pipelines while identifying new opportunities to expand and diversify our ranges across retail, digital and B2B channels. You ll work cross-functionally with buying, marketing, digital, operations and sales to deliver products from concept through to launch , ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
