A fantastic opportunity exists for a marketing professional to join the team at this global Christian Charity as their Senior Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage their team of Campaign Marketing Managers (integrated with online / digital), Marketing Project Managers and Marketing Coordinator, overseeing the pipeline of campaigns and marketing projects to deliver the marketing and fundraising strategy. You will ensure all campaigns and projects follow a project plan and are managed successfully from start to end, ensuring scoping of the plan, clear briefs, objectives, and timings, and ensure that the project stays within budget. This role will also provide senior marketing leadership in the Marketing team, working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will lead in the planning and delivery of marketing across bought, owned, and earned channels to build awareness, change minds, prompt action, and develop deep connections with supporters. You can demonstrate in your career to date similar experience in leading, managing and developing an integrated Digital and traditional marketing team. The role is a hybrid remote working / office-based with the ability to visit their offices for a minimum of 2 days a week in south east England and offers a salary up to just over £38,000 + a great benefits package. IT Technical Lead / Level 3 Engineer, c£36k, London (Zone 1), Charity IT. A wonderful opportunity exists within this expanding Charity based in London for an experienced IT Support / Level 3 Technician / Technical Lead to lead their team of staff and volunteers. This is a position that would suit someone who can take full technical responsibility for a wide variety of laptop repair and phone repair, but also manage and train junior technicians and take responsibility for their technical processes. The charity works with Refugees / Asylum seekers and supports their digital inclusion, education and growth in resettling within the UK. We are looking for someone who is a really skilled and dynamic IT Technician who gets people and charity work. In addition to your technical hands-on experience, you will have strong interpersonal and communication abilities as well as patience, empathy and good mentoring / IT training skills. The role is based in Central London (Zone 1) and will include the day to day management of an IT Technician and volunteers, taking responsibility for onboarding new technical volunteers, providing ongoing technical and safeguarding support (including training and resources) to the technicians and leading regular team meetings. Key responsibilities will include: Setting and constantly improving the charity's IT refurbishment and repair processes Responsibility for important IT activities such as the sanitisation of IT Assets Training asylum seekers and refugees in L2 laptop repair with the charity's "Know Your Tech" programme Managing their stock of IT Assets, leading on technical decisions as to which devices the charity repair, sell and give out for free This role is the most senior IT decision-maker in the organisation, taking responsibility for the team's IT processes and security, managing and overseeing the response to tech issues which arise with distributed devices. You will also design and deliver their technical strategy which generates revenue from paid IT services including refurbished tech sale, IT Repair and IT Asset Disposition.
