Senior Data Governance Analyst, Data Catalogue, Data Owner, City of London Senior Data Governance Analyst required to work for a Professional Services firm based in the City of London. This is 4 days in the office (Monday to Thursday and Fridays at home). There may be the opportunity for some Global travel as well. The Senior Data Governance Analyst is primarily an operational role, to support the implementation, adoption, and use of the Firm's Data Governance Framework. This includes reference list processes, documentation, and maintaining the firm data catalogue. This role has a strong alignment to, and involvement with, the Firm's Data Steward community. This is to assist with the ongoing maturity of the Data function, where Governance will play a huge part. The function is growing and this would be a great time to join the firm. We need someone with a great attitude who will sometimes chair meetings and own certain problems. We can look at individuals who is currently in a like for like role, or some working as a Business Analyst (for instance) with the focus being around Data & Governance. 3 things that are imperative: You do not have to have chaired Data & Governance meetings before but you will be expected to chair in this role on certain occasions. Therefore, excellent communication / stakeholder management skills are essential You MUST have either owned, or part owned, the Data Catalogue in the past You have to understand the issues backlog. Prioritising and maintaining the problem is absolute key Experience required outside of the above: Exposure to working within a Data Governance function Professional Services experience preferred, but not essential Experience with the likes of Data 360, Collibra or Informatica (or like for like Enterprise Data Governance Platforms) A desire to develop a career and expertise in Data Governance and participate in shaping an evolving capability for the Firm Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex business problems Experience with data management, data governance, data analytics best practices and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the business services / technology divide Proactive self-starter who can self-manage and also work as part of team, with the ability to work in a fast paced, intellectually rigorous environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities Business report writing capabilities, including drafting communication and/or user stories, use cases, and functional requirements Experience/Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Knowledge of metadata management concepts, modelling, tools and standards beneficial Prepared to attend the odd call that falls outside of the usual UK working day as this role has Global coverage This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience. Audit Product Owner, Audit Reviewer, Global Accountancy Firm, Professional Services, Mainly Remote with Global Travel Audit Product Owner with extensive experience in being a 'Reviewer of Audit / Audit Reviewer' is required to join a Global Accountancy Firm operating at significant international scale. This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel to London, Europe and the United States. This role is Audit-first by design. We are looking for someone who has built strong credibility in Audit or Assurance and has subsequently moved into Product, Change or Transformation roles. Product skills are important, but audit judgement, stakeholder trust and professional credibility come first. We need extensive previous experience to be within Audit Review. The platform serves Audit and Assurance professionals delivering regulated, high-quality audits globally. This role exists to ensure product evolution protects audit quality, aligns with methodology and earns stakeholder confidence. Experience required: Strong background in Audit or Assurance within a large accountancy or professional services firm Deep understanding of audit methodology, quality and engagement delivery Credibility with senior Audit stakeholders Extensive experience as an Audit Reviewer / a Reviewer within Audit Experience in Product Owner, Business Product Owner, Transformation or Change roles Ability to translate audit requirements into clear delivery outcomes Comfortable working with delivery and technology teams (no hands-on technical expertise required) Experience working with audit platforms such as PwC Aura, KPMG Clara, EY Canvas or Helix, Deloitte Omnia, Grant Thornton Leap, BDO Catalyst or RSM Luca is beneficial but not essential.
