Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager: Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to practical completion. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour to maintain programme. Oversee the installation of high-end bespoke joinery and interior finishes. Ensure works are completed to the highest quality standards with a keen eye for detail. Carry out daily site briefings, toolbox talks and inductions. Monitor and enforce Health & Safety in accordance with company procedures and current legislation. Manage site logistics, deliveries and material storage within a live project environment. Conduct quality inspections and snagging throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with clients, designers, project managers and senior management, providing regular progress updates. Ensure accurate site records are maintained, including RAMS, permits, site diaries and progress reports. Drive programme, resolve site issues efficiently and maintain strong working relationships across all trades. Requirements of the Site Manager: Previous experience managing high-end retail, luxury commercial or premium interior fit-out projects. Strong understanding of bespoke joinery installation and luxury finishes. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple trades whilst maintaining programme and quality. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates are essential. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance.
