As a contractor they mainly work within the refurbishment and cut and carve sector of London. Responsibilities of the Estimator: Working and supporting the existing Estimator to finalize the construction methodology, temporary works requirements, preliminaries, staff costs and ensuring this is integrated into the overall estimate Collation & review of tender documents to gain a solid project understanding Working amongst the existing team to obtain job specific market rates for materials.
