Core Responsibilities: Strategic Growth: Identify and penetrate new sectors and high-value vertical markets within the security service sector. Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and manage the entire sales process from cold outreach to final execution. Tenders & Proposals: Manage the end-to-end bid process, including PQQs, RFIs, and proposals. Client Engagement: Arrange and lead high-level client meetings, securing long-term partner accounts. Operational Alignment: Liaise closely with their elite Operations team to ensure seamless handovers and flawless service delivery. Elite Networking: Represent the business at key industry events and networking forums. Data Integrity: Maintain precise records within the company CRM and provide accurate weekly activity reports to leadership. Security Operations Centre Controller Location: Central London Hourly rate: 21 per hour Shift pattern : Mainly day shifts (between 6am-11pm) but with flexibility to work occasional night shifts.
