About Us RSM is a fast-growing company specialising in nationwide fuel maintenance, installation, upgrades and ongoing service support. We deliver fuel infrastructure services to both private and public sector customers, offering a comprehensive range of solutions. Following the successful launch of our new fuel supply division, we are expanding our team and are now seeking a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver to support fuel deliveries across local and surrounding areas. Role Overview The primary purpose of this role is to carry out local and emergency fuel deliveries, including scheduled and reactive requirements. The role involves multiple drops per day of the core products we supply- Derv, Gas Oil, Kerosene, HVO & IHO. We are looking for a professional, reliable and customer-focused individual who can uphold RSM Fuel's high service standards while representing our brand positively on every delivery. Key Responsibilities Carry out Class 2 ADR fuel deliveries to local and surrounding areas Complete both scheduled and emergency/urgent deliveries as required Conduct multiple drops efficiently and safely Communicate with customers in a polite, professional and helpful manner Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance at all times Ensure all paperwork, delivery notes and compliance documentation are completed accurately Operate tanker equipment safely and ensure daily vehicle checks are completed Requirements Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence ADR qualification (minimum: Class 3 in tanks) Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card Previous tanker/fuel delivery experience preferred but not essential Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours deliveries Good attention to detail and commitment to safety Rewards & Package Competitive salary Supportive team environment 45 hours per week core hours Included in RSM quarterly profit share Overtime paid separately for hours worked over 45 & evenings/weekends Secure on-site parking Uniform & PPE Provided Company social events Holiday entitlement 22 days + 8 Bank Holidays.
