We're looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of facilities services across multiple operational sites - This is a key management position responsible for ensuring buildings, plant, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards while driving compliance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors, you'll oversee maintenance programmes, manage budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and support the ongoing development of the facilities function. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of facilities operations across several locations. Develop and deliver facilities strategies that support wider business objectives. Monitor performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency. Take ownership of facilities budgets, ensuring effective cost control and value for money. About You You'll have a solid background in facilities management within a multi-site, manufacturing, engineering or commercial environment and be comfortable managing both strategic projects and day-to-day operations. A strong understanding of statutory compliance, contractor management and health & safety legislation. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
