The ideal Candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing successful SaaS partnerships with Agency Partners, will be customer-focused, results-oriented, and possess strong communication and project management skills. Knowledge of Marketing will be beneficial, the ability to diversify and experience gained in a start-up environment will be useful. This is a 12 Month contract with potential to extend, Hybrid working. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the wider UK Marketing team operates efficiently and manage the marketing budget. Responsibilities Responsible for tracking the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all marketing activities, oversee Marketing policies and procedures, both internally and with external agencies Design and optimise processes such as Lead flows from lead capture through to nurture; coordinating with Sales and Marketing Responsible for the UK Marketing budget and ensuring budget owners are on track with forecasted spend, working with finance to ensure compliance Managing the backend of marketing campaigns, from tracking progress, to coordinating the building and testing teams through to execution and analysis. This is an 12 month contract, hybrid with 2 days in the office. Duties: - Provides insight reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to sales managers to drive channel performance. Reports on current processes and proactively looks for ways to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness Troubleshooting support for team of sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect and other software tools. Drives projects which improve sales agent productivity. Create new data insights through handling/joining/cleaning multiple sources of data to provide recommendations. Experience 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
