Key Responsibilities as our IFA Support Supervisor will include: Line management of all members of the team To be a point of contact for clients, life offices and members of the business Dealing with any staffing or workflow issues/requirements within the team, escalating to the Administration Support Manager where necessary Identify training needs for all team members, liaising with the Administration Support Manager to ensure any training requirements are met Ensure that the team maintains diary management systems and monitor the daily team workflow, reallocating work to other team members where necessary Identify any process issues/improvements and escalate for investigation by Operations department Ensuring that all workflow within the team is dealt with in accordance with compliance department's guidelines Ensure that all administration systems are maintained, that all client data is accurate and up to date Ensure that the team adheres to all SLA's in relation to the support of their advisers, assisting with daily workflow wherever necessary Provide coaching and support to other team members Providing training for team members To interview potential candidates as part of the recruitment process Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the business What we are looking for in our ideal IFA Support Supervisor: Previous experience of supervising within a similar role coupled with Financial Services knowledge and understanding Previous experience of coaching and supporting team members Previous experience of training staff Effective organisational and planning skills Able to work to deadlines Able to forge and develop relationships Experienced using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must have a keen eye for detail Experience of managing other people Willing to learn and develop Able to work as part of a team, or if required, under your own initiative Work as part of a shift rota pattern of 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm Benefits of working for AFH: Contributory pension scheme Bonus scheme Cash plan health benefit scheme Competitive and flexible holiday allowance, with buy and sell scheme options Training and qualifications - We take pride in supporting and paying for our staff to undertake professional qualifications relevant to your jobs role once you have passed your three-month probation Employee referral bonus scheme - £1,500 bonus Death in service benefit at 4 x your annual salary Christmas party and summer events Loyalty bonus for all staff based on length of service.
