Root Cause Analysis Specialist This role will be key in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing future incidents by addressing underlying issues and implementing preventive measures As our Root Cause Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for: Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Leading detailed investigations of system and process breaches, using structured RCA methodologies to identify the underlying causes of issues. Developing Corrective Action Plans and preventive strategies to address identified root causes and prevent recurrence. Proven track record in conducting RCAs and reducing system or process breaches in a fast-paced environment. Experience with RCA methodologies such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone) Diagrams, or other structured problem-solving tools. Experience of scoping and delivering change initiatives with good understanding of project and change management methodologies. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. Knowledge of risk management and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or similar is preferred.
