You will be part of the Commercial Direct Agency Team within Business Growth. This role is responsible for the generation of revenue from the Business Growth Agency Team along with generating revenue from your own portfolio of agencies, to drive commercial growth and diversify revenue by proactively establishing relationships with agency planners and buyers. The role focuses on identifying new advertising spend, responding to briefs and turning outbound sales activity into sustained campaign bookings across JCDecaux's national portfolio. An Agency Business Executive role at JCDecaux sits right at the commercial and strategic heart of this team acting as the vital bridge between media agencies and JCDecaux's vast out-of-home (OOH) inventory. What you'll be doing You'll be building client brief responses, planning targeted and relevant campaigns to deliver the client's desired objective and outcome; Selling the benefits of the JCD audience to the agency and securing the media investment. Providing support to your agencies when needed, to help facilitate and ensure a smooth transition through the booking process. Ensuring a high standard of customer care throughout the sales cycle and process. Strategic Account Management Relationship Building: Serve as the day-to-day, high-energy point of contact for assigned agency buying points, building long-term trust and visibility for the JCDecaux brand. Educating the Market: Run continuous agency workshops and presentations showcasing the JCDecaux Product. Brief Extraction: Consult directly with agency planners to understand their clients' overarching marketing goals, successfully pulling out briefs and positioning OOH as a necessary line item to drive revenue growth from your Agencies. Campaign Planning & Execution Responding to Briefs: Collaborate internally with the Data & Insight teams to turn briefs into highly targeted, audience-led media proposals (utilizing tools like Route, Touchpoints, and internal DMPs). End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the campaign lifecycle from initial booking, availability and optioning through to implementation, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. - high performing area of the job with a fast turn around time. Be proactive to drive revenue growth from your portfolio and to help and support the team where necessary. Account manage all existing agencies to ensure a smooth customer transition. Communicate the benefits of our audience and channels to them. Respond to customers' needs /complaints and resolve problems. Build internal collaborative working relationships with other departments including campaign planners, finance and marketing. We require someone with Account Management Expertise. Ability to drive value adding business conversations with agencies, over the phone or via email. Excellent customer service skills, ideally gained within media sales. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Customer focussed attitude; ability to deliver a positive client experience. Ability to work with minimum supervision and under own initiative to find solutions for clients. Able to prioritize work flows; strong planning and organizational skills and works well under pressure. Confident, self-assured; driven by success and reward.
