To show agility and be able to adapt to change easily with the support of the Royal Mail Lead at that time. To be physically fit Be punctual and flexibility will be required on the working days depending on the work requirements. Specifically: Be able to bolt and unbolt together Royal Mail sorting Frames. A Frame is approx. 5 ft height, 6 ft wide and approximately 45Kgs of steel construction Be able to use a drill to unscrew bolts and screw bolts into Frames. Be able with the support of colleagues be able move and reposition sorting Frames. Under the direction of a Royal Mail lead, use Vinyl Wrap and Duct Tape and position onto sorting Frames.
