About the role: Vibrance Self Directed Support Services provide information, advice and guidance, payroll, and managed account services to enable people to have choice and control over how their health and social care needs are met. You can find out more on our dedicated website Working with disabled children and adults and older people, you will provide information, advice and guidance to empower people to have choice and control over how their health and social care needs are met, through the use of Direct Payments. Within this role, you will focus on supporting members of the public to responsibly recruit and employ their own support staff. You will also work with our local authority and voluntary sector partners to promote the benefits of Self-Directed Support to achieve positive life outcomes.
