As a skilled injection moulding setter, you will be vital to driving production quality, efficiency and innovation - ensuring the business continues to grow and deliver at the highest standards As Injection Moulding Setter, Your Duties Will Include Remove tools from machines as required and to carry out clean down procedures. Install tools and ancillary equipment and prepare for operations. Daily Guard Inspections and record the outcome. Ongoing machine setting adjustments as necessary to achieve quality and output standards. Work alongside other team members to maintain effectiveness of team and area performance. Communicate with the other team members of the area on performance, problems, or improvement areas. To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter, the ideal candidate will: Working towards or have achieved NVQ level 3 Tool Setting or above Have experience as a Setter or Technician in a plastic injection moulding environment Ability to work with other teams to ensure shift objectives are met.
