The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for overseeing health and safety compliance across multiple live construction projects, ensuring adherence to statutory legislation, company standards, and client-specific requirements. The role requires a pragmatic, site-focused professional with strong experience in setting up construction sites, drafting and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), conducting audits and inspections, and supporting project teams in the safe and compliant delivery of works. The postholder will also support compliance with emerging regulatory requirements, including the Building Safety Act 2022, where applicable.
