Ensure all procurement activity complies with Coupa workflows, delegated authority limits, and third-party risk controls. Contribute to category strategy development, including supplier consolidation and spend analysis and opportunity pipelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Finance and others) to align procurement activity with business priorities. There will be a requirement to gain level 4 industry qualifications if not already held.# About the Role Level: 3 Department: Distribution & Proposition Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: PermanentReporting to Head of Sales - South, the role holder will be working with the QC Business Development Team, supporting them with many aspects of the sales process as well as developing a panel of advisers to develop and service remotely.Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to: To support the Head of South - Sales in building relationships with advisers from key adviser firms including National and Network Firms To collate data from various providers and internal sources to create and execute a contact strategy to build relationships from non-supporting financial advisers. To create and execute a contact strategy for both non supporting and supporting advisers to maximise opportunities that have been identified. To work with the Business Development Managers to maximise opportunities within the regions. To gain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and the circumstances in which they may be appropriate for existing and potential clients and promote these to advisers. To collate information on the financial advisers from various sources available to Quilter Cheviot, and to support the distribution team in building and maintain panels To attend National distribution team meetings and provide a summary of any action points. To research market and competitor information which would be useful to the distribution team on given topics. To own and edit content on the Distribution Intranet (Sharepoint) and Training (Degreed) web pages on National & Network firms. Work towards the proactive management of an approved adviser list to gain an industry Level 4 Diploma# About You This role is for a self-motivated candidate who is either already successful in a similar role or someone that wants to move into a sales position, having previously gained some industry experience in a business with a comparable proposition.
