Would you like to be part of a leadership team that is passionate about every individual person? The Sheiling consists of Sheiling School and Sheiling College. We provide holistic, innovative, and effective education and care to match the interests, skills, and aspirations of our students and to meet their individual needs. Our College students study at Entry 1-3 and have severe, complex and moderate difficulties and disabilities, diverse needs including ASD, sensory processing difficulties and behaviours that can challenge. We are seeking a Head of College with the experience, vision, drive and motivational skills to build upon the current 'Good' Ofsted rating (June 2024) and work towards exceptional practice. Whilst leading the education provision for our college students, you will work closely with school, residential and therapy teams and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the Sheiling Special Education Trust as a whole, as a member of the Senior Management Team.
