Key responsibilities: Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and technical guidance Providing research and technical support on complex corporate and transactional matters Acting as a key point of contact for legal and regulatory developments Delivering training programmes and supporting Lawyer development at all levels Creating practical know-how resources and promoting best practice across the team Supporting client-facing content, legal updates and business development initiatives Driving legal technology adoption and process improvement projects Encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across corporate and specialist teams About you: 6+ years' PQE in Corporate law Existing PSL/Knowledge Lawyer or a Corporate Fee Earner seeking a transition Strong experience advising on mid-market M&A transactions and the full deal lifecycle Excellent drafting, technical research and communication skills Experience delivering training or mentoring Junior Lawyers Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused Enthusiastic about innovation, legal technology and continuous improvement This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a highly influential role within a successful corporate practice, helping to shape legal knowledge, support Lawyer development and drive innovation while remaining close to complex and interesting transactional work.
