Hazelwood Schools are seeking to recruit a friendly, well-qualified and highly-skilled individual to play a leading role in our federation of Infant and Junior Schools. The School Business Manager will manage the schools' financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and provide strategic financial and operational guidance. The applicant must be able to work on their own initiative reporting to the Headteacher as well as line manage members of staff as part of the Senior Leadership Team role. You will need to be a problem solver who is able to work creatively in a variety of ways to help support our children, staff, parents, and visitors. The role is a flexible one, with no two days the same. We are a friendly, over-subscribed 3-form entry community school, with a large Nursery and a relatively healthy budget.
