We are seeking a Hatchery Team Leader to assist the Hatchery Management Team in the day-to-day running of the hatchery facility, and to ensure the welfare of day-old chicks whilst maintaining the high standards of quality, hygiene, animal welfare and health and safety that are required. Responsibilities Gain a full understanding of poultry Leading a small team Assisting with daily production needs Hygiene monitoring Managing stores and supplies Undertake various tasks within the hatchery General cleaning and tidiness of all areas inside and outside the hatchery to ensure our high standards of biosecurity are adhered to at all times Adhere to all codes of practice and bird welfare Adhere to health and safety standards at all times Undertake any other duties within the hatchery operation as and when required. Skills & Experience Previous hatchery experience, or factory/production experience Supervisory experience would be advantageous Technical knowledge, computer skills and basic mathematics are an advantage Flexible and hard working Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to teamwork Ability to work shifts Own transportation required due to location This position offers a dynamic work environment where you can utilise your skills in poultry welfare. We are seeking an experienced E&I Designer, working within a small team of multi disciplined engineers, you will be responsible for developing electrical and instrumentation design drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a full-time position, based in our Grimsby offices with occasional travel. Key Responsibilities will include Creating detailed E&I designs, schematics, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.). Develop wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, P&IDs, and panel layouts for industrial projects. Assist in the selection of cables, instrumentation, control systems, and power distribution equipment. Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards (e.g. BS, IEC ATEX). Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy. Perform site surveys and incorporate field data into designs. Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning. Personal qualities and qualifications Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or a related field. Minimum 3 years of E&I design within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in EPLAN, AutoCAD Trimble or similar design tools. Strong knowledge of standards including IEC, BS, and ATEX. Comp Ex 12 qualification advantageous. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. UK driving licence.
