Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently. Client Management Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery. Build long-term relationships and maintain exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities for repeat business and future projects. Compliance Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation and industry standards, including: NRSWA Street Works legislation CDM Regulations HSG47 Utility company specifications Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements Leadership Support the recruitment and development of the utilities team. Mentor engineers, supervisors and operational staff. Promote best practice and continuous improvement across projects. Assist in developing robust operational procedures. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have: Highly Experienced within the utilities sector. Experience delivering Water, Gas, Electric, Telecoms or Multi-Utility infrastructure projects. Previous experience working for utility contractors or principal contractors. Proven success securing work through frameworks and competitive tendering. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project profitability. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. An established network of industry contacts would be advantageous.
