Shift Operator / Technician Location: Carrick, Girvan, Ayrshire Our client are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Shift Operator/Technician to join our operations team in Carrick. This role plays a key part in ensuring daily input and output targets are achieved, with a strong focus on safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You will be working within a 24/7 shift pattern (159 shifts per year), including both day and night shifts (12 hours each: 7am 7pm or 7pm 7am). Key Responsibilities Operate plant and processes to achieve maximum efficiency and output. Ensure strict compliance with operational standards, safety, and environmental regulations. Identify and report hazards (people and plant), ensuring a safe working environment. Carry out planned inspections, testing, and first-line maintenance tasks.
