You'd be managing your own caseload, handling travel insurance claims from start to finish, assessing validity, identifying potential fraud indicators, negotiating settlements, and ultimately ensuring customers receive a smooth and fair claims experience. Hours are Mon to Fri. 9am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week) with 2-3 days per week required in the Central Cardiff office.
