This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in taking us through the CQC registration process and then leading our compliance and governance framework moving forward. The Role Lead the process of securing CQC registration for RTC Resources. Act as the Registered Manager with responsibility for ensuring all activities comply with CQC regulations and standards. Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, quality assurance systems, and safeguarding procedures. Work closely with senior management to shape strategy, operations, and service delivery. Provide leadership, guidance and training to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. What We re Looking For Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager (essential). In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
