RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Ensuring that all paperwork relating to HACCP or food safety procedures are completed correctly. To be responsible for checking food safety and food hygiene procedures for all personnel on the factory floor. To provide objective reports on issues relating to food safety/ food hygiene issues on the factory floor. To be responsible for checking product quality on the factory floor. Working in cold environment SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Good observational skills. The ability to pay attention to detail. Strong sense of hygiene and housekeeping.
