This is a field-based role where you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting managed print devices across client sites within the TA region. Large company benefits package with flexible options 2 paid volunteering days per year Ongoing technical training and certifications Inclusive and collaborative working culture Stable, long-term opportunity within a leading IT services organisation What You'll Be Doing Attending on-site technical support calls within target response times Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining colour and mono MFP devices (low, mid & high volume) Ensuring accurate and timely service record updates via PDA tools Maintaining digital documentation via cloud-based systems Keeping company vehicle and equipment safe, compliant, and presentable Submitting accurate expense records What We're Looking For Strong experience repairing and maintaining managed print / MFP devices Confident with diagnostics and fault finding Basic networking capability (installing print drivers, connecting devices to networks) Full UK Driving Licence A proactive "can-do" attitude
