Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 14:00 - 00:00 (Potential work on Fridays & Saturdays too) Pay: Negotiable - Dependant on skill level & experience. Minimum Skills / Experience Required: Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experienced in MIG / TIG welding. Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish. Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment. Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills. Supervision / Leadership experience. Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business. Positive can-do attitude.
