You will work within the security team who provide services for the public, other council services, schools and Council buildings. You will be responsible for: Monitoring CCTV cameras throughout the borough. Working with various government agencies. Producing daily reports for Council officers. Alarm handling for fire and intruder systems in the borough will also be within the role. Dealing with telephone calls into the control room from the public and service users. Experience of control room operations and good communication skills are required. Full training and uniform will be provided. The successful applicants must successfully pass NPPV level 2 vetting equivalent to joining police standard. The offer of a position will be dependent on the result of that vetting check.
