Role overview: As a Desk-Based BDM, you will play a key rolein driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new businessopportunities over the phone, email, and digital channels. You'll manage thefull sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, while nurturing strongrelationships with prospective clients. Key responsibilities: (Please note that this list is not exhaustive) . •Proactively source new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. •Qualify leads and understand client needs to tailor value propositions effectively. •Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. •Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals via virtual meetings. •Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute targeted campaigns. •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings, pricing structures, and market trends. •Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
