Solutions Architect Our Client is an international consultancy with over 3000 employees. They are now looking to recruit a Senior Solutions Architect to be based at the Company's Central London Offices. You will have extensive and deep expertise in the following Application Development areas: Expertise in application architecture using modern technologies such as cloud native development, 12 factor Apps, microservices, serverless, API management, Kafka, etc. Deep knowledge of Microservices, Containers, REST APIs development, API Management tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Apigee), Kafka Solution architect with broad expertise in a wide range of digital technologies in areas of application platform development, web and mobile development, cloud, integration, security, etc. Application development experience with at least one of the cloud providers - Amazon AWS or MS Azure Understanding of distributed computing paradigm and exposure to building highly scalable systems. IT Infrastructure Operation s and Security Lead This role requires excellent management of a small team in IT along with managing stakeholders and vendors. You must be hands-on technically in IT Infrastructure. The IT Operational Platform and Security Lead is responsible for overseeing the organisation's IT operations, ensuring the stability, continuity, security, and efficiency of its technology platforms within a global commercial insurance environment. Technical Solutions Architect The primary role of the IT solutions architect, is to ensure all IT Infrastructure applications architecture and design, systems and software Integration, functional requirements gathering, whether from inception or enhancements, are delivered on-time, aligned to industry standards, redundant and simplified by design, as well as being delivered cost effectively, whilst ensuring project delivery meets architectural objectives. Responsible for providing hands-on design and technical leadership to the global IT and business related teams, with a solid technology background, experience in capability and data models, domain driven design for application strategy, across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include ensuring IT Infrastructure and application design are secure, reliable, and regularly reviewed. This role will also develop and enhance relationship management with key service partners, independent contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
