Manage the finance email account, taking necessary actions. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. Proficient in MS Office and financial software applications. Attention to detail and ability to identify data patterns. Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, and business environments. Good organisational skills and ability to improve processes. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills. Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Project Engineer to work on our Southern Water Contract in Brighton. As a Project Engineer, you will be enabling projects to be delivered to time, cost, specification, client needs and the needs and regulations of other stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Prepare and analyse key design options, for review and agreement with the Project Manager and the client. Ensuring risks and gaps are mitigated whilst always upholding the Project Basis of Design. Design calculations facilitating the sizing of mechanical, hydraulic, and building services equipment. Oversee the outputs for several processes including P&IDs and datasheets, working with the Principal Designer to develop new solutions. Conduct engineering evaluations (with field inspections) and feasibility studies for wastewater projects, analysing data and identifying potential issues or improvements. Collaborate with Project Engineers and the Southern Water Enabling Team to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Escalate issues that may impact on time/cost/quality before they become a problem or exceed agreed timescales. Support the drive towards excellence in H&S, demonstrating applied knowledge and skills to produce safe designs to discharge your obligation according to CDM Regulations, standards, and accepted codes of practice. Project Engineer Required Skills Minimum of HND or bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering or able demonstrate a suitable level of experience. Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, including pumped treatment systems and hydraulics. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as MS office suite and relevant engineering design software packages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve engineering issues. Strong project & organizational skills: able to prioritize tasks, manage designs and meet deadlines. Knowledge of environmental regulations and permit requirements in relation to water and wastewater treatment facilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in design calculations, cost estimates, and technical documentation. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of water and wastewater engineering, membership of a professional organisation such as ICE or IMECHE. The Operations Director - Aviation will lead a project and maintenance portfolio with responsibility for projects being delivered to time, quality and budget situated across Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Our airport capability is extensive including planned & reactive maintenance, groundworks, runway resurfacing, asset renewals (such as tunnel and taxi-way upgrades) and further design & build civils projects. We have a long-standing, collaborative relationship with both airports, with integrated project teams and depots situated at Heathrow and Gatwick. Reporting into the Managing Director, the Operations Director - Aviation will have responsibility for all operations at both airports and will have 5 direct reports. Responsibilities Ensure projects and contracts are adequately resourced and are successfully delivered to scope, target cost and quality. Provide direction, motivation and leadership to both internal staff and external sub-contractors engaged in providing support activities to the project. Be accountable for, and deliver, high levels of performance in key areas of health and safety, environment, sustainability and quality and champion continuous improvement and best value. The Person Degree in Civil Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. A background in operations management, with established senior leadership experience. Experience of leading a portfolio of civil engineering projects in the infrastructure sector. Understanding of self-delivery and sub-contractor delivery.
