Salary : £37,000 - £40,000 Contract : 12 month FTC Covering Maternity Leave Full-Time: 35 hours per week Location : Canary Wharf (Hybrid working) About SIA: It's an exciting time at SIA right now. You will be drawn on your previous experience as you get involved in our HR projects which include a new LMS and new induction process. SIA have a lot to do within this space so it's an exciting time to join the team. Responsibilities Include: Maintain and develop the learning and development strategy, matrix and plan for the learning and development of all SIA staff in line with business needs and transition requirements Take responsibility for end-to-end learning and development processes; training needs analysis/assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programmes, and evaluation of the effectiveness of training Take responsibility for the SIA e-learning programme, including all mandatory training, providing monthly reports on organisational compliance against the KPIs and PPI's. Prepare and monitor an annual training plan for the SIA and provide monthly reports on development activity, including return on investment and cost-benefit analysis Maintain and monitor the Learning and Development budget of c£200,000, ensuring that funds are allocated fairly and appropriately according to business need Candidate Requirements: A solid L&D background including redesign and relaunch experience. An understanding of what good L&D looks like and the steps needed to work towards change and the passion to engage others in that change. Confidence in your training ability at all levels and your ability to "train the trainer" where appropriate. Experience of swift relationship building/partnering. Needs analysis skills to understand the needs per department and the translation of those needs into action.
