As a business, our client outsources a proportion of their work to external IT support support business so this role will have a strong focus on both managing and developing relationships with these IT support vendors. This is a relatively new site so there will be great opportunities to work on some exciting projects including the enhancement of the site and the upkeep and modifications of brand new equipment. Joining a new but skilled team, your duties will include:- Responding to breakdowns Working on improvement projects Ensuring that all breakdowns are recorded in the SAP system.
