I am excited to be working with a fashion-retail client in the heart of London, undergoing massive growth and they are currently looking for a Demand Planner to join their team in London for 8 months. In this role, you will lead the forecasting process for specific product categories in the DTC channel, while also supporting S&OP, special projects, and broader supply chain and strategy initiatives. In this role, you will Deliver timely demand forecasts for the stores across the UK Report weekly regarding stock availability Liaise with supply planning to align on key assumptions and ensure a smooth handover of the demand plan Collaborate with key customers to analyse buying patterns and forecast demand changes due to product lifecycle, promotions, events, and market shifts Support S&OP processes and contribute to special projects and broader supply chain and business strategy initiatives About you: 2+ years experience in a demand planning/merchandiser role with a background in FMCG or retail Strong communication skills with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. As a new Engineering Manager, you will lead a whole engineering function and take ownership of a well-balanced team of maintenance technicians. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management with getting stuck in on the ground -coordinating maintenance activities, coaching your team, and driving a proactive maintenance culture across high-speed production lines. This role will suit someone who's stepped up from the tools into team leadership, who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the balance between keeping production running and building long-term results. You'll have autonomy to make an impact, suggest improvements, and develop your team your own way. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians through coaching, 1-2-1s, and structured development plans. Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance activities to maximise equipment uptime and reliability. Work hands-on alongside the team to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on high-speed production equipment Partner with production managers and reliability teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement Identify and implement process improvements Requirements: Mandatory: Proven experience leading or supervising a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment across FMCG, food manufacturing, pharma, or similar high-volume, fast-paced environments Non-negotiable: Hands-on maintenance background (electrical and/or mechanical) Knowledge and experience in SAP Comfortable scaling up to handle complexity and high volumes Strong communicator who can influence cross-functionally and bring teams on the journey through change Why apply?
