Advise and negotiate across a wide range of commercial legal issues including IPR, data privacy, technology services provision, employee matters in an outsourcing context and the financial structures of commercial contracts. Serve as a strategic partner to the Work Dynamics business team which includes providing legal support to help advance various business initiatives including the launch of new commercial products and service offerings. Counsel internal business clients on a wide variety of legal issues that arise in the context of performing services for JLL's Work Dynamics client accounts. Liaise with JLL's Risk Management Department and other internal support functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Tax, Information Security, Compliance) to identify, assess, and thoughtfully mitigate JLL's exposure to risk. Manage, negotiate and resolve claims and disputes, including coordinating with internal litigation experts and external counsel. Mentor and supervise junior team members, with the potential for direct line management responsibilities. Desired skills and experience for this role Strong contract interpretation, negotiation (with minimal supervision) and drafting skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be adept at identifying key legal issues, developing creative solutions to complicated legal problems, and effectively communicating the same to internal stakeholders and clients. Experience working in the professional services sector a plus, with outsourcing particularly advantageous. Candidates with experience of working in the real estate, construction or technology services sectors would all be of interest.
