Fully Remote Educational Psychologist to work on a bespoke piece of work to complete psychology advice for Education, healthcare and needs assessments. Details are as follows: To complete a minimum of 2 x assessments per month (4 days) Offering £1,000 maximum per assessment (for each 2 day piece of work) Budget can cover 18 completed assessments Will require an IR3 Essential knowledge: A broad understanding of issues surrounding general developments in psychological and educational assessment and intervention Knowledge of both normal and abnormal development in childhood and adolescence (including the most commonly occurring conditions) Knowledge of a range of approaches to intervention, as appropriate for use in schools and other everyday settings Knowledge of legislation and procedures relating to assessment and provision for children with special educational needs Essential experience and achievements Experience of work in relation to young people and children with special educational needs Experience in using a range of psychological assessment and intervention techniques Essential qualifications/professional memberships Honours degree in Psychology or equivalent recognised by British Psychological Society (BPS) Postgraduate qualification (MSc. or Doctorate) incorporating professional training in educational psychology If interested in this role please forward your CV to Toni Rowe Chartered or eligible for Chartered status with the British Psychological Society.
