What You'll Do Lead legal support for technology, AI and procurement-related matters across the business. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, data processing, reseller / introducer and AI-related agreements. Advise stakeholders on legal risks and regulatory developments in AI, data protection, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tech, Data Science, Procurement, Privacy, and Risk and Compliance. Manage and develop one direct report, fostering growth and legal excellence. Act as trusted advisor on strategic projects to senior management and C-suite Help set our legal vision for your area and continuously improve our legal policies, processes, standards and guidance. What We're Looking For Qualified solicitor with significant post-qualification experience. Strong background in commercial, IP, data and privacy law with a focus on technology, AI, outsourcing and wider procurement. Digital media and open source experience would be an advantage. Strong experience working in-house at a tech or digital media company or within a tech-focused team at a law firm. Strong global or international experience would be an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
