Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients to understand evolving needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to deepen the relationship. Requirements and Qualifications 10+ years of experience in derivatives operations or a closely related function, with deep expertise in interest rate derivatives and compression workflows. Proven experience leading and developing an operations or production team. Degree in a numerate discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science); advanced degree preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to translate complex quantitative concepts for clients with varying levels of sophistication. Strong operational diligence, attention to detail, and sound judgement under pressure.
