(IO2240) Paralegal/Litigation Executive - Personal Injury Our client is a well-established personal injury practice in Chorley is seeking a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to manage a mixed caseload of employers' liability, public liability, and road traffic accident claims. The Role: Handling a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL/RTA claims under supervision Drafting correspondence and legal documents Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, courts, and opposing parties Managing files and progressing cases efficiently Our client is a well-established personal injury practice in Chorley is seeking a Paralegal or Litigation Executive to manage a mixed caseload of employers' liability, public liability, and road traffic accident claims.
