We are looking for people who will go the extra mile for our customers - and in return we'll do the same for you! Our people make us, and we've built an environment where everyone has the support to be at their best in and out of work. As well as competitive basic salary and a broad choice of benefits including discount off your shopping at Tesco, you'll also have the opportunity to learn and grow in your career through our 'Getting on' programme. If you're able to deliver exceptional customer care, are computer literate and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders then we'd love to talk to you about joining the team at Tesco Bank. Diversity and Inclusion We are proud to have an inclusive culture at Tesco Bank where everyone truly feels able to be themselves. At Tesco Bank, we not only celebrate diversity, but recognise the value and opportunity it brings to enable us to help our shoppers manage their money a little better every day. We're committed to creating a workplace where differences are valued, and make sure that all colleagues are given the same opportunities.
