The Role: We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Pricing Manager to lead the development, delivery and governance of our underwriting and pricing initiatives. You'll shape data-driven pricing strategies, oversee product and pricing change, and ensure strong customer, commercial and regulatory outcomes. Managing key partnerships, including our pricing engine supplier and partner insurers, ensuring value is fully realised. What we are looking for: Proven experience in pricing, product, underwriting or actuarial roles within insurance or financial services. Strong technical capability in pricing models, risk analysis, GLMs, machine learning and data-driven decision making. Confident people manager with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, including product governance, fair value and consumer duty. Skilled stakeholder influencer with excellent communication and decision-making ability. Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python and familiar with pricing tools such as Earnix, Quantee or Radar.
