The Telephone Business Development Manager will proactively engage with financial advisers through telephone based business development activity, promoting AIR's proposition and supporting advisers to maximise their use of AIR's technology and services. The role focuses on increasing adviser engagement, driving platform activity, promoting events and webinars, and supporting wider business objectives by growing sessions, illustrations and completions. Main Duties & Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the Head of Distribution on a weekly basis to support the ongoing objectives as set by the Air leadership team. Assist the Head of Distribution with the monitoring of adviser activity using all available data to identify opportunities to increase adviser engagement with our services. Demonstrate and continuously embed the company values in every aspect of the role. Proactively contact financial advisers through outbound calls to build and develop relationships conducting telephone and online meetings with advisers where appropriate. Promote AIR's products, services, system functionality, webinars, events and marketing campaigns. Support advisers in understanding and maximising the benefits of AIR's technology solutions and drive adviser engagement and activity across the Air platform. Increase sessions, illustrations and completions in line with agreed business objectives and targets. Deliver excellent service across telephone, email and online communication channels. Develop a strong understanding of the later life lending market and AIR's proposition. Maintain accurate records of adviser interactions, opportunities, and outcomes within CRM systems. Achieve agreed KPIs, activity measures and business development targets. Continuously develop product, market and industry knowledge.
