You will set up and improve legal compliance strategically advise senior leaders operating with in a robust legal governance framework. Including: Leading legal risk management Compliance for the UK and international locations Management of external litigation Merges and acquisition and divestments Legal contract review Develop , implement and maintain policies plus so much more For this role you will need a law degree with a post graduate qualification and 10 years plus of legal experience. You must have previous technology sector experience and familiarity with international legal frameworks and hands on M&A experience. Ideally you will have set up an international group legal function and thrive in a fast paced environment. This role offer a salary range of £130,000 -150,000 plus bonus of 15% and include travel to the international sites.

A hands on approach and a passion for innovation are essential. Day rate: £1200 - £1500 - likely outside IR35.
