As Shop Manager you'll be leading an active and dedicated volunteer team in our recently refurbished shop, and continuing to build strong connections within the local community to ensure it's continued success! About You You will be someone with exceptional people skills, a leader who understands the importance of community and enjoys supporting people to exercise similar passions through volunteering. You'll bring: Proven experience leading and inspiring teams A strong understanding of what good looks like in a busy and successful community-led shop, ideally with some experience within Retail or a clear passion for sustainable fashion and knowledge of products and trends A can-do attitude and ability to approach challenges in a positive way, knowing when to reach out for support and guidance where you need it. Previous retail experience is not essential. The HLA's mission, as a team within the humanitarian department, is to enable people around the world to prepare for and respond to crises in their own countries, by providing quality learning opportunities. Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to enable high levels of operational and programmatic efficiency with regards to Save the Children capacity strengthening response to the Ukraine crisis.
