The role entails being the first point of contact for customers from point of handover, answering calls and queries accurately and efficiently and meeting at the properties as required. Day to day Meeting customers in their properties, carrying out inspections as necessary on reported defects or issues. Writing reports from inspections to discuss with the Customer Care department and relevant stakeholders. Ensure any works to be carried out by contractors or Maintenance Operatives are completed to the best quality and to the customers' expectations. Work closely with site teams and contractors to notify on any reoccuring patterns or issues that arise.
