As physiotherapy you will be working in our Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre where we provide inpatient neurorehabilitation for people in the post-acute stages of recovery from acquired brain injury. You will also provide assessment and/or management advice for adults with brain injury and progressive neurological conditions living in our long term care facility. You will be a key part of an experienced and progressive MDT. You will be assessing and managing complex patients with physical and cognitive difficulties. We have a wonderful opportunity for a full time HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team at our Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre, providing comprehensive and confidential HR administrative support role to the Hospital Director, Managers and staff. Located in Hucknall on the outskirts of Nottingham, we have three interconnecting units: Millwood, Fernwood and Rosewood providing three distinct, yet complementary services on one site, we offer flexible care options from our specialist on-site team with amazing facilities including Physiotherapy gymnasium, Therapy kitchens, Activities Room, Sensory room and a Minibus for appointments and fun outings! What you'll be working: We're flexible, so you'll work a total of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday What you'll be doing: Maintain the HR information system on a daily basis to ensure accurate reporting of information as and when required Provide confidential administrator support, preparing all correspondence for a wide range of HR matters Maintain unit systems to ensure all compliance checks are completed and any issues are raised in a timely manner Provide accurate minutes for disciplinary/grievance and investigation meetings Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of all documentation relating to staff holidays, sickness and absences Ensure all staff are compliant with supervision and appraisals Support with the recruitment and induction of new staff Arrange staff meetings on an individual or group basis as advised / requested What you'll have: A CIPD qualification or relevant experience in HR Experience of the health and care sector desirable but not essential We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
