Role Overview You will manage a team of administrative staff responsible for collecting, maintaining, and analysing data to meet accreditation standards, including AACSB. Collaborating with academic and professional services staff, you will liaise with accrediting bodies, submit reports, develop relationships, and coordinate accreditation visits. You will also oversee data management, implement actions from reviews, establish best practices, and provide administrative support to academic staff. Developing effective strategies will be key to supporting activities and ensuring efficient service delivery. We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager who will play a crucial role in leading the campus support teams with an emphasis on managing soft services delivery to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading and developing a 'can do' attitude, combined with delivery of outstanding service to stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Campus Support (Facilities), you will lead on the strategic and operational aspects of services across your campus. You will be a strong advocate of Estate and Facilities Management, with a track record of change leadership and continuous improvement. This position will offer a significant leadership opportunity and contribute to the broader direction of the University. You will have a first degree or professional equivalent qualification within a subject area relevant to Estates and Facilities Management or proven track record of extensive work experience in this field.
