The role: The Head of Restaurant Partner Marketing will take responsibility for Deliveroo's Restaurant partners, developing strategic partnerships and joint business plans in order to both provide additional value to our partners and consumers. You will have end to end ownership of our largest national partners (including the likes of McDonalds, Wagamama, Wingstop, Joe and the Juice, Pizza Express and many more), leading and defining our marketing strategy, proactively identifying growth and development opportunities, building strong relationships, and overseeing the execution and implementation of our initiatives. As Head of EU Policy & Public Affairs, you will report to the Group Director for Policy & Sustainability and lead Deliveroo's EU policy work, as well as engagement with EU and international institutions-helping shape the direction of regulation in a way that supports our riders, merchant partners, consumers, and communities. You will work with stakeholders across the company, ensuring our company positions are heard and understood, while also bringing the views of EU institutions into Deliveroo so we can proactively shape our operating environment. What You'll Be Doing: Manage our response to EU and ILO legislative and regulatory developments by collaborating with different teams and functions across Deliveroo's EU markets to drive the right outcomes. Work with public affairs colleagues, particularly in EU markets, to support our public affairs objectives. Develop proactive engagement strategies for Deliveroo to build its reputation among political and external stakeholders. Lead Deliveroo's engagement with trade associations and allied groups to support public affairs objectives. What We're Looking For: Direct experience and knowledge of the EU policymaking process, including having worked within or with EU institutions. Strong connections across EU institutions. Experience turning political developments into practical advice for businesses. Experience managing a wide range of senior internal and external stakeholders. Skill in simplifying complex policy issues into clear, understandable content for both written and oral communications. Ability to drive outcomes, especially where there is little clarity initially on what needs to be done. Experience in public policy related to the future of work, e-commerce, and digital. Location: This role is based in our London office, with a requirement to be onsite three days a week. There will be an expectation of regular travel to Brussels for face-to-face meetings, which will count towards fulfilling this onsite requirement.
