You will also detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair. CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out repair operation to prescribed manufacturer's methods of repair and industry standards. Adhere to company policies, guidelines and health and safety regulations (operate within Covid-19 guidelines, check appropriate PPE, have knowledge of COSHH requirements etc.) Keep accurate and comprehensive list of additional parts required, and communicate these findings to the relevant departments Familiarize and operate within the production cycle of the repair Use up to date repair technology (e.g pin puller) Use appropriate filling methods skillfully Weld, bond or rivet panels appropriately You will work closely with your fellow Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and the Production Team to ensure a smooth and complete production process for all vehicles. ABOUT YOU: Ideally you will be an IMI/ATA qualified Panel Technician with strong Bodyshop experience. Ideally have experience with replacing and repairing aluminium. You have a strong work ethic to provide the best quality service. You are a team-player. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
