They work mainly on fit out and refurbishment projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Retail, Hospitality, Care and more. You will be joining a company who are growing from strength to strength, winning regular contracts and committed to delivering work to the highest of standards. Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of accurate, competitive and comprehensive cost estimates for tenders ranging from 50k to 6m. Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies during the tendering phase. Actively manage and expand the network of Scottish subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure seamless communication between estimating, site delivery, and commercial management teams. Requirements: Proven track record working as an Estimator for a UK Main Contractor (essential). Strong understanding of the construction market. Ability to interpret complex tender documentation. Have a driven, focused approach. Salary: DOE

Temporary Role Starting March Full time hours Mon to Friday Role KBM Resourcing are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Stores Assistant to join our client in Dyce, on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in stores, warehouse, or logistics looking to contribute to a busy and well-organised warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with goods in/out Ensure safe and timely delivery handling Pick and pack orders accurately Support with stock control Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised Work with other departments to fulfil stock-related requests Maintain good relationships with customers and collegues Requirements: Full UK Driver s Licence (Essential) Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics environment (Desirable) Forklift B1 licence (Desirable) Strong team player with a proactive attitude Good communication and organisational skills Rate This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm), with a pro-rata salary based on approximately £26,000 per annum.
