In a nutshell As a Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving PRM transformation initiatives by conducting thorough analysis to identify and evaluate opportunities for change. Your insights will help shape technical solutions that support project delivery, and you'll be responsible for developing and managing testing plans to ensure a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations. With a strong focus on outcomes, you'll use your influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to challenge existing setups and promote efficient, innovative approaches. In addition to solution development, you'll coordinate project activities, ensuring that actions are clearly documented, tracked, and completed within deadlines. You'll also prepare inputs and updates for the Commercial Retailing forum, providing clear and concise reporting on risks, issues, and progress to keep stakeholders informed and aligned. Day to day Assess technical set ups, and create innovative solutions by capturing requirements, working with technical teams, and supporting designs. Create and manage testing plans, document outcomes, and ensure smooth handover to BAU teams including training material. Monitor project progress, track actions, and chase updates to ensure timely delivery against agreed plans. Prepare and present updates for the Commercial Retailing forum, providing clear insight on risks, actions, and outcomes. Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of transformation playbooks and best practices. Ability to monitor project progress, track actions, and ensure timely delivery against agreed plans. Skilled in preparing and presenting updates to forums such as the Commercial Retailing forum, with clear insight on risks, actions, and outcomes. Experience in capturing lessons learned and contributing to transformation playbooks and best practices, with a focus on challenging existing setups and driving efficient, innovative solutions.
